RFP_Construction services Lithuania (1st round)

Short description

RIMI LIETUVA UAB is looking for qualified construction partners for small-scale, ad-hoc works, including:
- New store fit-outs (small scope)
- Store refurbishments and reconstructions
- Repair and maintenance works
- Finishing works after cooling cabinets are removed from the premises
The typical assignments may include (but are not limited to):
- Minor construction and demolition works
- Interior fit-out works (walls, ceilings, floors)
- Doors, partitions, basic carpentry
- Painting, tiling, basic finishing works
- Minor repairs and refurbishments
- Electrical adjustments
- Waste removal
Project characteristics:
- Small to medium scope
- Short lead times
- Ad-hoc and irregular volume
- Execution in operating retail environment
- Final contract will be issued as a fixed-price work order based on the agreed rates.
- The buyer reserves the right to negotiate and/or not award the Agreement
