procurement is 'Spectroscopic ellipsometer', hereinafter 'Ellipsometer'.
The ellipsometer will be used by research laboratories in three faculties: Faculty of Information Technology and Communication Sciences, Faculty of Engineering and Natural Sciences, and Faculty of Medicine and Health Technology.
Main applications will be thin films, flexible and conventional electronics, sensors, surface science, and photonic materials.

Contracting authority will not be spending more than 120 000 € (excl. VAT) for this procurement, taking both minimum/mandatory requirements and optional features into account.
