Sarpsborg Municipality plans to procure a new trade and administration system for the child welfare service. We would like the service to be provided as a cloud service. This is, thus, an invitation to dialogue meetings with one-to-one meetings with relevant suppliers. Registration for participation in the dialogue meeting must be sent to: innkjop@sarpsborg.com by 21 February 2022. The dialogue meetings are expected to be held at the turn of the month February/March 2022. Sarpsborg Municipality needs a modern trade and administration system for the child welfare service that supports all parts of the service's work assignments. This is, thus, an invitation to dialogue meetings on Teams with one-to-one meetings with relevant suppliers. Registration for participation in the dialogue meeting must be sent to: innkjop@sarpsborg.com by 21 2. 2022. The dialogue meetings will be held in the beginning of March 2022. The theme of the dialogue meetings will be: 1. Information on our requirements 2. What suppliers' systems offer for - case processing processes with work flow, document processing - approval processes - foster home, visiting home, milieu therapist, supervision persons, etc. - client accounts - archiving and import - management support such as - economy, overviews, key figures, and statistics on cases/deadlines, etc. - the system's integrations with national portals, etc. - the trends in the market 3. Formulation of the tender documentation and contract standards 4. Any other business
