Short description
Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation Ltd, subsequently named NRK, invites you to participate in a technical market dialogue. NRK has initiated a procurement process with the intention of improving and modernizing our audiovisual accessibility systems. Specifically, for broadcasting, on-demand, and web distribution of SDH and OPN subtitles, spoken subtitles, audio description, and sign language translation. This includes administration, production, pre-distribution, and quality assurance for TV productions. In addition to required mandatory functionality, NRK wishes to improve usability, standardization, integration, and modularity.
Our objective with this dialogue is to obtain an overview of the current landscape in accessibility system technology that may be suitable to cover our needs today, and in the future.
