Det er behov for omsorgsboliger i Nesset kommune/ Eidsvåg. I forbindelse med dette er det regulert et område for bygging av disse omsorgsboligene.

Det skal bygges 8 nye omsorgsboliger (utvidet fra 4 til 8 boliger med en fellesdel i midten) tilrettelagt for heldøgns tilsyn og pleie på Holtan området i Eidsvåg (adressen vil bli Åsagardvegen). Målgruppen er psykisk utviklingshemmede.
