Oslo Airport AS, Gardermoen, has large areas inside the airport fence that are developed for apron places, internal roads and other areas for parking machines and equipment. Winter maintenance here means mechanical snow clearing, manual snow clearing, brushing, gritting, grading/scraping snow and ice needles, loading and transport of snow to certified landfill sites, as well as follow-up of snow depots.
