Kort beskrivning

The Contracting Authority in this procurement is Interact Office Turku/ELY-Centre for Southwest Finland (hereinafter referred also as ‘Contracting authority’). Interact is funded by the European Regional Development Fund, the member States of the European Union, Norway and Switzerland. It provide services and products free off charge to all Interreg-stakeholders. Keep. eu is the most comprehensive source of official information on the programmes, projects and partners of territorial cooperation among the member states of the European Union and between these states and the Union's accession and neighbouring countries. The purpose of the procurement is to get a partner to maintain and develop an existing Keep.eu system owned by Interact Office Turku. The scope of the procurement and minimum requirements for the procured services are described in detail in the Invitation to tender and its annexes.
