FinnGen is a public-private partnership research project coordinated by the Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM), University of Helsinki. The object of the procurement is to profile the global metabolome of 1500 (and up to 2500) FinnGen human plasma samples in a non-targeted way that enables the detection of both known and novel metabolites for discovery purposes.
