Request for Information: Passenger Measurement System

Short description

Finavia is investigating the market for a passenger measurement system, which is easy to install and modify. The new system would be implemented at Helsinki Airport as well as to some of our network airports. With the new system we should be able to measure queues, flow of passengers; which way are they going, number of people on certain area and number of people entering and exiting areas or queues (i.e. commercial). Target of this RFI is to map the market for potential candidates for a new system or new ways of measuring passenger flows cost efficiently with adequate accuracy. This document is not a procurement notification or an invitation to tender, but a market survey and a request for information. The procurement unit does not commit to carrying out the procurement.
