A contract shall be signed through this procurement for the delivery of a project and portfolio management solution. These types of solution are often called PPM systems (Project Portfolio Management solutions). It is important for the police that this solution has enough functionality to cover our long term needs at the same time as the solution being scaleable. The Contracting Authority requests a professional cooperation partner who is future oriented and who will ensure stable and secure operation with good, flexible and cost effective solutions during the entire contract period.
