The Ministry of Social Affairs and Health (hereinafter ”STM”) and National Institute for Health and Welfare (hereinafter "THL" or “Customer”) request your tender for Human Papillomavirus Vaccine (HPV) belonging to the National Vaccination Programme in Finland.
