The objective of the procurement is to purchase a digital system for individual plans (hereafter called IP system), where the municipalities currently have paper based IPs in different professional systems. The system shall ensure simple administration and increased accessibility for users, coordinators, coordinating entities and others who play an active part in an individual plan.
