On behalf of our Customer, Mercell hereby invites you to submit a response to this Request for Information (RFI) regarding a digital platform for the B2C market.
The Customer aims to launch a new customer service, a health and wellness program, targeted towards customers who are motivated to make a change in their lifestyle. In order to change behavior, customer engagement is key. Experience with customer engagement and functionalities such as push notifications should be a minimum requirement. The platform should be adaptable to fit the Customer’s service/concept. Furthermore, the platform should be available on all electronic devices (desktop, mobile and tablet). In addition the provider must be able to exchange customer data (on an aggregate / anonymous level) between Customer data warehousing and the vendor solution. It must also be possible to build a rule engine for automated dialogue and reward user behavior, as well as integration with third-party solutions / vendors.
The Customer is seeking a vendor with a ready-made platform, that preferably can be used as it is - or with minimal adjustments. They are not looking to build the solution from scratch.
