Sør-Odal municipality has decided to construct a new school for 1st — 10th years for all pupils in Sør-Odal. The new school shall have capacity for 900 pupils and the school is expected to be in use by the start of the school year autumn 2019.

The aim of the procurement is to enter into an agreement for a builder's representative service.
The Builder's representative (henceforth referred to as (BHO) shall participate in the preparation of the tender documentation for the turnkey contractor, as well as manage the organisation of the construction site on behalf of the municipality.
