Pārskatot atklāta konkursa „Ārtipa atdalītāju piegāde” rezultātus, tika konstatēti trūkumi atklāta konkursa nolikumā definētajām tehniskajām prasībām, kā arī tika secināts, ka par atbilstošiem atzīto piedāvājumu skaits neatbilst reālai tirgus situācijai.
