Myndighedsbehandlingen af stibroprojektet skal afvente myndighedsbehandlingen af Banedanmarks projekt for broklap og sporombygning, hvilket medfører væsentlige ændringer til entrepriseopstart og udførelsestidsplanen i forhold til det udbudte projekt. Ordregiver har derfor set sig nødsaget til at aflyse den igangværende udbudsproces.
