Pakkuja peab esitama pakkumuse kahele variandile:- trosslint koos ülemise kummikatte tugevdusega (*with top cover breaker)
- trosslint ilma ülemise kummikatte tugevduseta (without top cover breaker)
* Ülemise kummikatte tugevdusega lint on varustatud kummikatte sisese tekstiilist tugevduskihiga (breaker), mis kaitseb linti läbilöökide ja piki-rebenemise eest.Leping sõlmitakse ainult ühe pakutud variandi alusel.Hinnapakkumine peab sisaldama:- hankele lisatud hinnapakkumise vormi
- pakutava toote tehnilist tootelehte
Konstruktsioonilised nõuded:- trosside arv lindis: 77 tk
- trossi läbimõõt: 6,8 mm
- trossi konstruktsioon: 7×7
- lindi minimaalne katkejõud: 2500 kN/m
Tarnekogus ja pakendamine:- ühe rulli pikkus: 250 m
- rullide arv: 10 tk
- kogupikkus kokku: 2500 m
- Lint peab olema tarnitud tugevatel trumlitel
- Trumlid peavad olema kaitstud transpordikahjustuste eest ja ilmastikumõjude eest. Pakendamise kohta on lisatud näidispilt.

Steel cord conveyor belt in accordance with the technical specification and delivery conditions below.
- Steel cord conveyor belt 1200 ST2500 7+7 K (with top cover breaker)
- Fire resistance class: Flame-retardant, K-type (ISO 340 / EN 12882)
- Belt width: 1200 mm
- Rubber cover thickness (top + bottom): 7 + 7 mm
The bidder must submit an offer for two alternatives:- steel cord belt with top cover reinforcement (*with top cover breaker)
- steel cord belt without top cover reinforcement (without top cover breaker)
* The belt with top cover reinforcement is equipped with an internal textile reinforcement layer (breaker) within the rubber cover, which protects the belt against impact damage and longitudinal tearing.The contract will be awarded based on only one of the proposed alternatives.
The price offer must include:
- the price quotation form attached to the procurement documents
- the technical datasheet of the offered product
Construction Requirements:- Number of cords in the belt: 77 pcs
- Cord diameter: 6.8 mm
- Cord construction: 7×7
- Minimum belt tensile strength: 2500 kN/m
Delivery Quantity and Packaging:- Length of one roll: 250 m
- Number of rolls: 10 pcs
- Total length: 2500 m
- The belt must be delivered on strong drums
- The drums must be protected against transport damage, weather conditions
- A reference image of the packaging is attached.
