Hankijal on õigus korraldada täiendavad läbirääkimised kahe parima pakkujaga.
Hankija jätab endale õiguse muuta tööde mahte või lükata tagasi kõik pakkumused, kui ilmnevad muutused Hankija tootmismahtudes või pakkumused ületavad Hankija eelarvelisi võimalusi.
