TV 2, NRK, Viaplay and Warner Bros. Discovery is issuing a tender for a total TV and Online Video Measurement in Norway.
The vision of the new TV and Online Video measurement (TVOV) in Norway (“the Service”) is to be an unquestionable TV and video viewing currency in Norway. The Service shall be of high quality and be representative of the population, with demographic data and breakdowns on distribution Platforms, publication forms, locations, screens, and devices. The Service shall be able to accommodate industry initiatives to collaborate across media. The contract has a duration of at least five years, maximun ten years.
