Translation Centre (CdT) intends to launch a low value negotiated procedure in April 2024, in order to conclude a direct contract for the provision of videoconferencing and interpreting service during its two Management Board meetings of autumn 2024 and spring 2025.
Particularly, the winning tenderer will be contracted to provide a state of art versatile video platform for hybrid communication and participants presentations during the meetings and a simultaneous 2-way interpreting service from English into German, French, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese provided on-line.
All economic operators that expressed the interest by the indicated deadline will receive the tender specifications and be invited to submit a tender, provided that they are established in the EU and/or EEA, or are established in a third country that has a special agreement with the European Union in the field of public procurement on the conditions laid down in that agreement.
