Short description
This procedure concerns the establishment of a Flue Gas Condensation System (FGC) on Line 5 of the existing Waste-to-Energy facility in
Kolding, Denmark.
In summary the Works comprise of:
• A new condensing scrubber
• All necessary pumps and auxiliaries
• A new ID-fan
• A water treatment plant for condensate cleaning
• Chemical dosing systems with tanks
• New or upgraded stack
• All district heating installations except district heating exchanger and connections to the
district heating system
• All automation equipment. Implementation of the Works shall done be fully in the existing
CMS
• All necessary electrical equipment including connection to the overall electrical system.
• All necessary auxiliary equipment, tanks etc.
• All necessary design, manufacturing, supply, erection, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Documentation and preparation of data into the Clients O&M system.
