Energinet_Insurance Procurement regarding Annual Declaration CAR/EAR policy (Tender Phase)

Short description

The procurement covers Construction/Erection All Risks insurance including Marine Cargo, extended maintenance, LEG3/06, Marine Cargo, Third-Party Liability (TPL) Insurance and Terrorism with inception on 1st March 2024 and involves the following lots:

Lot 1
Annual Construction policy - estimated Contract value max. DKK 300,000,000 per project.
Existing Property: Coverage will basically be 25% of the Contract value per project, min. DKK 50,000,000 and further limits according to the “Insurance Schedule” in the “Risk & Insurance Information” document.  
Third-Party Liability insurance DKK 50,000,000 per project and further sums/limits according to the “Exhibit” and the “Insurance Schedule” in the “Risk and Insurance Information”.
Option: CPL Insurance: Onshore DKK 5,000,000 and Offshore DKK 25,000,000
 
Lot 2
Terrorism insurance max. DKK 100,000,000 per project and further according to the “Exhibit” and the “Insurance Schedule” in the “Risk and Insurance Information”.

Energinet reserves the right to award the contract based on the initial tender. There is no remuneration to participants in the negotiations.
Costs incurred by the tenderer in connection with the preparation and submission of a tender for one or more lots are the tenderers to bear and will not be reimbursed.

There is anticipated to be one negotiation meeting held via Microsoft Teams.
