Through this procedure the contracting authority is seeking to purchase training services in the field of Health Technology Assessment (HTA), to ensure HTA agencies consolidate their knowledge and experience on joint HTA work. This purchase of services comes in a timely matter as the new HTA Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2021/2282) will enter into force in January 2025. The trainings requested will be of different nature, with online classes, recorded modules and tutoring. The topics have been pre-identified by the contracting authority but could be amended based on the actual needs of the HTA agencies and will serve the purpose of further strengthening the understanding of the new HTA regulations and its provisions. The topic is part of the EU4Health annual work programme 2023. Building capacity and knowledge for the implementation of the EU Health Technology Assessment Regulation.
