Short description
We are looking for maintenance services for around 60CISCO routers installed in 26 countries in Europe.
The maintenance services are 3rd level support services for the following:
1.24 x 7 direct access to the CISCO TAC portal
2.Hardware and software technical support with advanced hardware part replacement
3.Licenses extension and routers’ software upgrades
The service level shall be 8x5xNBD with on-site support in case of hardware part replacement.
The services shall be provided in the following 26 countries where the routers are installed:
Germany, Austria, France, Switzerland, Czech Republic, The Netherlands, Poland, Slovenia, Belgium, Spain, Portugal, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Hungary, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Albania, North Macedonia, Greece, Estonia, UK, Denmark, Sweden, Finland
