The current support system for managing the EEA-work plays an important role in the work on compliance with new EU directives and regulations. The solution is used by agencies and ministries to prepare and handle notes that lead to changes in Norwegian legislation and practice. The current system is perceived as outdated and not very expedient, and there is therefore a need to acquire a completely new digital support system.
The purpose of the RFI is to provide a base for a good, future competition. The contracting authority request information and input from the supplier market in order to prepare the competitive documents and requirements specification. Answering the RFI is not part of the forthcoming procurement process and will not commit either the supplier or the contracting authority in a subsequent procurement.
