The hearing concerns the planned procurement of a fully developed digital SaaS system for the electronic distribution of documents in connection with and implementation of political meetings.
The contracting authority would like feedback on the tender documentation, and in particular on the points marked in red in Annexes 1 and 2 - Need and requirement specifications with tenderer responses. We would also like input on the scope of the project/training, as well as which pricing elements the municipality should take into account. If there are other requirements, they should be received or requested by the municipality.
