University of Oulu, Materials and Mechanical Engineering (MME), requests tenders for Hardness-Strength Testing Machine (hereafter called HST). Purpose of the investment is to measure and to analyse hardness, strength and strain of the metal hardness samples by one testing machine. HST will be used for research and learning purposes.
