The Directorate of Public Roads, Inspection and Certificaton Section needs a system to order certification and to process applications for inspections and certification of bridges, ferry quays, and other load bearing constructions. We would therefore like to examine which programmes and systems are available in the market, at the same time that we review whether the need can be met internally with existing systems. A short description of the need is given below, whilst a more detailed description is in the annex attached to this notice. Companies that believe they can deliver a system for this purpose are asked to make contact, either by email to the contact person, or by sending a message in the message function in Doffin/TED. A selection of the suppliers will be invited to present their system digitally, for example via Teams / Zoom. We would also like to get an overview of the price structure, licence formats, and maintenance costs for the system. Goal description: • obtain a new case management tool that supports the main process in the quality system; • achieve efficiency gains and quality gains by automising parts of the work process; • automatise the process of final archiving approved work basis to Mime Kilde, which is based on Public 360 from Software Innovation. There is a need to have a case management tool with a modern, easy-to-understand user interface. The new case management system ought to be a cloud system with user interface and integrations with other systems at the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The system ought to be browser based as the users of the service consist of just as many external actors and internal actors. It ought to be possible to reach the system from both a desktop computer and mobile units. The administration, which is currently very manual and time consuming, must be made more efficient and automised to the greatest possible degree. The new system must be integrated with Mime Kilde so that we have seamless archiving of completed cases. Attention is drawn to the fact that, parallel to this market survey, we are also reviewing whether we can use or further develop systems that we already have in our programme portfolio.
