Short description
Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for second hand furniture and fixtures consisting of 3 parts:
A: Procurement of second hand furniture with the accompanying services for a value of NOK 100,000 or more.
B: Renovation of the municipality's second hand furniture.
C: Sale of second hand furniture for the municipality's institutions.
An identical DPS has been announced for Bærum and Drammen Municipalities.
Procurements of second hand furniture and fixtures as well as accompanying services for a value below NOK 100,000 will be made via separate framework agreements.
