40 GHz Wideband active Load Pull System

Short description

Aalto University School of Electrical Engineering, Department of Electronics and Nanoengineering is conducting research on millimeter wave technology at our Aalto Electronics-ICT (AELICT) measurement infrastructure. We seek an active load-pull measurement equipment to characterise active circuit operation with variable load impedances. The active circuits could be for instance amplifiers or vector phase shifters feeding elements of an antenna array. However, other types of devices could be characterised in the setup as well.
