This notice is not a pre-notice, a procurement notice, an Invitation to Tender or an invitation to a negotiation procedure nor will this publication of a notice open a call for tenders. This is a request for information (RFI)/notification of a technical dialogue to identify markets and prepare for tendering process. Veikkaus may use technical dialogue responses in the planning of a future procurement. Responding to an RFI and participation in a dialogue is not a prerequisite for participation on any future tendering process, nor is it binding the participants involved. No compensation will be paid to those involved in the RFI. Veikkaus (https://www.veikkaus.fi/fi/yritys?lang=en) gathers RFI information for Version Control System (VCS) for designers. Veikkaus requests candidates’ concrete proposals and tentative pricing models of enabling and integrating VCS for designers as a part of the (game) art development process. In this request the desired solution is presented mainly from systems’ perspective. In addition, Veikkaus is looking for concrete game development and design process expertise and experience in similar kinds of VCS integrations. We kindly ask candidates’ presentations and further discussions of organising the VCS for designers in practice.
Suppliers interested in participating the dialogue are kindly asked to register as soon as possible and at latest by Friday, 30 April 2021 at 14 p.m. Send the name and contact details of the interested supplier to sakari.tiikkaja@veikkkaus.fi. The reference ‘RFI for version control system for designers’ should be included. Registered suppliers will receive RFI materials by email for their review and commenting.
Comments and questions are asked to send by Friday, 7 May 2021 at 14 p.m latest. Veikkaus may choose to continue the dialogue with the suppliers who have responded to the request for information. All RFI responses and materials must be delivered to Veikkaus 21 May 2021 at 14 p.m. latest.
