Temporary staff services for administrative assignments, framework agreement. The contracting authority also reserves the right to go outside the framework agreement and hire its own temporary staff who are paid by the municipality. The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The contracting authority estimates that the need can be approx. NOK 2.5 million over 4 years. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain as the contracting authority has not had a framework agreement for administrative temporary staff before, but sees that there is a need due to the corona pandemic. The volume will be dependent on amongst other things, the contracting authority's requirements, activities, budget and other framework factors. See the procurement documents for further information.
