The enquiry is for handling energy procurements connected to network loss and delivery obligations, as well as the procurement and management of electricity certificates for regional networks and the distribution network in the Elvia concession area in Innlandet County, approx. 400 000 MWh (Oppland and Hedmark). The enquiry also includes an option for the delivery of equivalent services for the Oslo and Viken concession areas, which make up 1 400 000 MWh.
