Cleaning services for office, common and work areas at Kaunas

Evolution Lithuania UAB would like to invite to a tender on cleaning services for office, common and other building areas.

Required delivery and ability to start work in October. Tender deadlines:

First round: filling in the application questionnaire and submitting the documents: 21st of September 2020, 12:00

Notification of selected contenders and signing the NDA:  22nd of September – 25th of September, 2020

Second round: submission of tenders: by 2nd of October, 2020

Evaluation of tenders and selection of the winner: 5th of October – 9th of October, 2020

Deadline for concluding the agreement: 16th of October, 2020

Start of activities: by 26th of October, 2020 (negotiable).

The price offer must be submitted in electronic format on the Mercell system by filling in the attached document (with submitting together with all other documentation) and entering a total amount in the column for primary ~300 m2 area.

Due to project urgency, PRIORITY will be given to suppliers that can offer to start works sooner and offer good payment terms (without Pre-Payment).
