Short description

Yle is looking for a web analytics service that provides measurement for online content usage, an interface for analysing that usage and a capability to export the measured data to other systems is also needed. Delivery of the service shall start 1 January 2021. Invitation to tender Yle is inviting you to the negotiated procedure with this Invitation to tender. Maximum of three candidates will be chosen to the negotiations. Requirements and selection criteria for the selection of candidates is described in this invitation to tender, as well as the minimum requirements that are not negotiable. Preliminary call for tenders A preliminary call for tenders is attached to this invitation to tender, consisting of following documents: 1) pre-service description, 2) pre-requirements, 3) pre-service fee, 4) pre-agreement draft, 5) pre-service level agreement, 6) pre-data protection agreement, 7) JIT 2015 — Annex 8, 8) JIT 2015 — Annex 1.
