Table game layouts for casino game tables

Short description

The subject for this invitation to tender are high quality table game layouts for roulette, blackjack, poker and punto banco.

The layouts are to be used in the larger Helsinki and Tampere (opening approx. Q4/21) casinos and the nine smaller Feel Vegas clubs.

Approximately 250 new layouts are needed each year.

Veikkaus Oy is a Finnish state-owned gaming company. Veikkaus Oy started its operations at the beginning of 2017, as the Finnish gaming system was reformed and the previous three operators Fintoto, Finland’s Slot Machine Association (RAY), and Veikkaus merged into a single gaming company owned by the Finnish State. The Finnish system is based on the exclusive right principle, with the purpose of operating games responsibly and mitigating the possible risks involved in gambling. Veikkaus operates all the gambling games that are offered in Finland.
The quality of the layouts will be used as a primary contract award criteria when comparing the bids. For assessing the quality of the layouts Veikkaus is going to conduct a circa 4 month use test with the example layouts provided by the tenderers.

Before conducting the qualitative comparison Veikkaus will assess the suitability of the tenderers. Sample layouts for testing will be separately requested from only the suitable tenderers.

Five layouts will be requested (4 roulette, 1 poker). There may be changes to the print designs annexed to the RFP. Finalized trial print designs are sent to suitable tenderers when Veikkaus requests the sample layouts.

The results of the following tendering process should be clear during the fall of 2020.
