Short description
The contracting authority annually executes several major and minor investment and maintenance projects, based on the at any given time applicable action and finance plan. In this regard, the contracting authority intends to enter into framework agreements for architect services. The intention is that the framework agreements will cover most of the contracting authority's continual need for architect services for investment and maintenance projects within the following seven categories:
1) School buildings;
2) Nursery buildings;
3) Health buildings (such as residential and activity centres, health centres, emergency doctor surgeries, and institutions);
4) Sports and cultural buildings (such as sports halls, multi-purpose halls and arts centres);
5) Housing (such as welfare housing, social housing, serviced housing, PU, and psychiatric housing), administration buildings and other buildings;
6) Landscape architect;
7) Listed buildings and buildings worthy of protection.
The contracting authority intends to enter into parallel framework agreements with up to 3 tenderers per category, provided that there are 3 suitable tenderers and tenders.
