The county governor's joint administration and the county governors in Norway shall procure a system for recruitment. The system should be effective, user-friendly and functional, providing support throughout the recruitment process:
— prepare and publish advertisement in various media,
— uploading files,
— receive applications and CVs,
— prepare list of applicants,
— application processing,
— interviewing and reference retrieval.
Furthermore, it must be possible to send offers of employment and rejections. Integration with archive system is required. Advertisement in digital and social media and other job portals is required.
