The agency needs to procure a new learning management system and course calender to replace the current learning portal and course calender.
The new LMS must:
— provide support to the course administration and manage registrations,
— collect names and other data from Min HR portal,
— provide support to create courses,
— be able to be used for e-learning,
— give course results and course overviews to users,
— transfer course material from the old learning portal.
