The contracting authority needs to hire consulting engineers, engineering design group managers and adjoining tasks in order obtain the required basis for projects, including engineering design descriptions, preparation of concepts/studies, and minor individual assignments for repairs, maintenance, etc. Parallel framework agreements will be signed with 5 to 7 tenderers.
