Valgdirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Elections] has begun planning new framework agreements for services connected with mechanical counting of voting slips in the implementation of the election process. In this connection, Valgdirektoratet [the Norwegian Directorate of Elections] wants to be oriented on the document scanner market as well as investigate if there is a basis for a separate framework agreement for the hire/leasing of document scanners.
