The procurement concerns the delivery and assembly of bio-heating including heat-culvert pipelines with delivery of 1 400 000 kWh bioheating per year.
The tenderer must own and operate the facility, Høylandet municipality will supply the site for centralised bio-heating and the municipality will obligate themselves to purchase bio-heating.
