Short description
The tender contest concerns a framework agreement for smaller road works in Oslo and parts of Viken (c.f. the map in Chapter A3). Examples of assignments included in the framework agreement are: pavements, road lights, bus stops, foot and cycle paths, public transport lanes, roundabouts, noise-deflection walls, supporting walls, retaining walls made of granite and concrete. The works include new facilities and/or upgrading of the current facilities. It must be expected that some works shall be executed at or along roads with heavy traffic. The financial limit for each assignment is maximum 25 000 000 NOK, excluding VAT. The value for year 2020 is stipulated to 60 000 000 NOK divided between approx. 5 assignments. Further scopes are dependent on allocations. The main part of the assignments must be carried out in the Oslo area. The basis for the assignments is a combination of draft and model-based solutions. The Norwegian Public Roads Administration intends to enter into agreements with up to 8 contractors. Each assignment will be awarded after internal miniature contests.
