Contract award for the delivery of solutions for telephony (landline and mobile) and data traffic via the mobile network. The contract must also ensure functionality in the services that meet development needs in the municipal sector.
Companies where Sarpsborg Municipality is the majority owner have the right to join the contract after it has been signed. This concerns companies such as IKA Østfold, Borg Havn, Sarpsborg ASVO, Borg Næring og eiendom. In addition there will also be Sarpsborg Church Council.
