Avinor currently has a system for access control and video monitoring based on OnGuard Enterprise. The current system is implemented to a very large degree. It will be disproportionately expensive if Avinor must replace the current system and/or platform. Consequently, the tenderer who is awarded the contract under this notice will be required to deliver equipment that is compatible with the current OnGuard version that is used by Avinor and the existing equipment that is used at Avinor. Furthermore, the supplier must have or acquire the necessary qualifications/certifications in order to operate the OnGuard Enterprise at Avinor.
A contract will be established for the procurement and installation of equipment (the procurement contract), as well as a maintenance contract for the current systems and for what is procured over the procurement contract.
The procurement contract and the maintenance contract will be awarded to the same tenderer.
