The contracting authority hereby invites tender to participate in a competition for signing a framework agreement for electronic publication of scientific books and periodicals on the supplier's digital platform.
The estimated total value for a 4-year contract is 1 720 000 NOK, excluding VAT The contract involves purchase of services in 2 years. Thereafter, the contracting authority has the option for extending the contract on identical terms for 1 + 1 year, so that the total possible contract length is 4 years.
