The licence shall be locally installed in the contracting authority's operational environment. Training must be included in the tender.
The estimated contract value is expected to be above the EEA threshold value. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding. The contracting authority makes reservations regarding funding. For further information see the procurement documents.
