Информация о тендере

This is a request for information. The purpose of the publication of this request for information is not to start a tendering process. This is a request for information submitted as part of a preliminary study and a market survey. Aalto University monitors its daily presence in digital editorial and social media in Finland and internationally. Media coverage is high (over 1 000 hits per month in editorial media and over 5 000 hits per month in social media) and is mostly neutral or positive in tone. The media tracking service includes automatized daily reports, and in addition, the media tracking feed has been visible to staff through our website. In addition to daily monitoring, we need the option to commission a qualitative analysis of editorial and social media visibility on regular intervals (e.g. quarterly). The service must include access to the media and content tracking for 20 admin level users and 20 basic users (tot. 20 + 20). Additional licenses can be purchases and the price of additional licenses purchased separately is stated on the pricing form. The service should include digital editions of news magazines (including those behind payment walls). In addition, the bidder has the opportunity to bid for the monitoring of print media, television and radio. The service should also include a journalist database. The reporter database should be searchable by keywords that the journalist has used in their previous articles, in order to find the most relevant journalists to reach out to. The user of this feature should be able to create targeted recipient lists and use them to distribute Aalto news articles to relevant journalists. The system should also include the ability to see how many journalists received the content, and how many opened it.

Companies interested in participating to technical dialogue are requested contact Marita Rekola (marita.rekola@aalto.fi) and Robert Salven (robert.salven@aalto.fi) no later than on 10.2.2020 at 16.00 (EET) by e-mail. The message subject should be 'Answer: Aalto Media monitoring'. Aalto will contact the companies that have replied to this RFI to discuss further about the planned procurement.
