The aim is to carry out evaluations of practice, processes and measures related to the social aim of the town logistics programme for the Norwegian Public Roads Administration. The social aim is: 'Town logistics shall contribute to attractive towns with low greenhouse gas emissions, efficient solutions for businesses and a good quality of life for inhabitants'.
