The Norwegian Public Roads Administration (the Contracting Authority), requests tenders for the delivery and implementation of a new system for registering to NVDB (the Norwegian Public Roads Database) as a cloud service. The Contracting Authority needs a dynamic and future-oriented registration client for NVDB (the Norwegian Public Roads Database) for the registration and up-date of qualities at sites and in offices. The objective of the contract is to find a good solution (service) in the market that can be used for registering road objects with an option for up-date the qualities.
